During presentation:
Jean, Yan ting, and me went to 江汉路to change money as we didn’t have much left. However, we didn’t manage to change any! They needed our original passport in order to process it. What a wasted trip! After that, we took a cab over to 光谷to have our free hair treatment. Amanda, Teeli, and me went to pizza hut to have our dinner and Jean and Yanting packed MacDonalds over to eat. Before we left, we took a few photos in front of the mall as this may be the last time we go there.
Reflection:
I’m glad that final presentation is over! Also, I’m glad to have Sihao, Meowlim, Daryl, and Soonling as my team mates. We didn’t know each other at first and this being the first time we do project together, I can say we cooperate rather well and I enjoy working with them too. It is also a good experience working together with them. Without them, I don’t think this project can be done with both quality and quantity. After this, my comfort level with strangers has improved. Not only are we able to become good friends from complete strangers within 6 weeks, we are able to work so well together as a team to complete the project. The fun, the struggling and the laughter we had while doing the project is what I wouldn’t forget. I am definitely going to miss working with them and also the classroom which we have lessons in during the 6 weeks. Today marks the end of our learning journey in china.
