Day 28 (31 March) Queen Elizabeth

Lesson starts at 1pm today as Ms Neo needs to accompany Daryl to see the doctor. MS Neo let us watch a movie, Elizabeth The golden age. It is related to leadership which we were taught yesterday. We are required to write a report after we have watched the movie. Elizabeth definitely performs effective leadership.

As a leader, Elizabeth had strengths in many different areas. Her good education and memory helped as she ruled her country. At the age of 25, Elizabeth became Queen. In a matter of months she had won the hearts of the people and she returned that love. Her great skills made people forget the fact that she was a woman. They saw her as a strong and effective leader who brought great changes for the better of all her people. She went to war with her solider as a form of encouragement and strength. We only watched part 1 and 17. After that, we had few hours of lecture before we were released. After dinner, met up with my team mates to do our PM project.

Reflection:
Men were usually thought of as the smart, intelligent sex but Queen Elizabeth proved them wrong. Queen Elizabeth changed the way we now look at woman leaders. Queen Elizabeth definitely processes good leadership and she is someone whom we should look up to. I’m very impress with how Queen Elizabeth make decisions the way she led her army. It is worth watching the movie and we should take Queen Elizabeth as a role model for us to learn from.
